Assistance Animal Clarifications

In 2020 the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) realized a spike in assistance animal-related complaints. In response to these complaints HUD has come out with clarified assistance animal regulations. Property Management professionals should adopt and publish assistance animal policies based on the new clarified regulations.
